i’m getting tired of pictures of my face too, guys, don’t worry. i’m sticking to the “keeping track of progress will be cool in retrospect” idea to justify the selfie-posting.
biked 10.24 miles in 40 minutes! this on top of “running” almost 2 miles (in 20 minutes but hey i am outta shape that’s impressive for me).
i must say, the gym + having someone to train with really increases productivity. E4K, here I come! :D
